- 1. SDR (Sales Development Representative): SDR is the inside sales group handling prospective customers (unknown customers). It is overseen by CMO.
- 2. BDR (Business Development Representative): BDR is the former Sales Team looking after the existing customers (known customers). BDR is also an inside sales group. They visit customers only when it is really necessary. They are trained to support customers online. The BDR team is overseen by CSO.
- 3. Field Sales: Asia’s Field Sales is outsourced to the ten Partner Distributors (Preferred Authorized Distributors). They are also overseen by CSO.
- 4. The whole Asia SDR and BDR team is an inside sales group. They aim to create business not just by traveling to customers but by offering the best possible solutions to customers online.
